The Jackal Motorsports 207mm Lower Pulley is here. The 207mm crank pulley has been a common size in the 3.0T community to be a simple, single pulley bolt on solution to achieve that ideal dual pulley ratio.

By stepping up from the stock crank pulley to a 207mm overdrive setup, you increase airflow, torque, and power across the entire RPM range — making this one of the most effective upgrades for EA837 and CREC-equipped vehicles.

While most pulleys focus only on size, this one was built to address one of the biggest limitations in higher boost/bigger pulley setups: belt slip.

Why Upgrade Your Lower Pulley?

The factory pulley is not only failure prone, but it limits how fast the supercharger can spin. Increasing the diameter allows the blower to operate at a higher speed, resulting in:

  • Increased boost pressure
  • Stronger midrange torque
  • Improved top-end power

The Etched Belt Surface (Reduced Slip, More Boost)

One of the biggest issues with pulley upgrades, especially a 207mm pulley, is belt slip.

Less grip = less boost.

This pulley features a precision-etched belt surface designed to:

  • Increase belt traction under load
  • Reduce slip at high RPM
  • Deliver more consistent boost levels
  • Improve repeatability between pulls

This results in more predictable and consistent performance compared to conventional pulley designs. This pulley is made out of 6061 billet aluminum.

  • Clearly marked "207mm" offset engraving on the front
  • Rear alignment indexing for proper orientation
  • Included alignment stud for easier installation
  • Designed to maintain proper belt tracking
  • Larger front opening for clear easy bolt installation

Upgraded Hardware Included

Everything needed for a secure install is included:

  • High-strength Grade 12 hardware
  • Blue Loctite for proper torque retention
  • Alignment stud for offset positioning (remove after alignment)

NOTE:  MODIFICATION IS REQUIRED!!! There is a nub on the engine block just below the tensioner that needs to be cleared otherwise it will interfere with the belt. This nub just needs roughly 10mm cut off! Do not skip this step or you will lose a belt!!!
